The challenge is to build a contraption that will protect an egg which is dropped from a certain height.  We don't have a high spot to use as the drop-off, so we will be using Danny's sling shot to shoot the egg contraptions across the park : )

There are lots of building materials and tools at the centre, but feel free to bring your own: foam, egg cartons, plastic containers, bubble wrap, etc.

The centre will provide two eggs to each child who has signed up in advance.  If you come unannounced, BYO eggs!

As another part of the activity, each child can prepare a 30-second commercial to "sell" their egg-protector. We will videotape them.

When: Tuesday May 25, 10am to 3pm, with room for breaks, lunch, and other distractions...

Where: The mini gym at Centre Communidée (we are not renting room 129 for the months of May and June), or in the park outside.

All ages, with parental support when needed.
