Building club is back on Tuesdays in May!  The activity will last all day (10am to 3pm), with room for breaks, lunch, and other distractions...

Today, we will be building and decorating kites, and (if the weather cooperates) we'll fly them in the park outside.  Materials will be provided - a donation to help cover the cost of materials would be appreciated.

Sonya will also bring a few pre-built kites from home.  Wind-willing, she will demonstrate flying a stunt kite and let the kids try it out (with support - kites are fragile and expensive!).  Feel free to bring your own kites too : )

Because the park space facing Centre Commundiée is kind of small, we will continue flying kites at this week's park day - Friday May 14th in Laurier park.  Let's hope for some good wind!

When: Tuesday May 11, 10am to 3pm

Where: The mini gym at Centre Communidée (we are not renting room 129 for the months of May and June), and in the park outside.

All ages, with parental support when needed.
