As it is a season associated with giving, I wanted to take a moment to say a big thanks to Sonya for all the work she has put into MHL over the last year or so. This site, and the community that has grown up around it, are a tremendous resource for homeschoolers in the Montreal area.

Cheers to Sonya for creating something that was much needed when it seems others were reluctant to step in and fill the obvious gap. What you have given, and continue to give, makes a big difference for so many families.

I wish you the very best of the season, and much continued success with all the dreams you have for our community. I'd also like to offer you the Butterfly Award in recognition of all the hard work that goes into the upkeep of the site, researching events, updating the calendar, welcoming new families and more! It's just a small token, but a heartfelt one.

Congratulations to Sonya and to all the others who make their own special contributions to our homeschooling community, no matter how big or small. For this award belongs to the community and to every person who keeps it going.
