Ever wished you could share and gain skills in a non-hierarchical environment with people of all ages?  Do you fee the current education system has taken the joy out of learning?  Are you passionate about life and wanting to connect with other people who think outside the box?  Looking for a week of fun in the country?

Free School Camp is for you!

At HeartRoot Farm we provide the frame for people of all ages to get together and explore the possibilities of self-motivated learning.  We welcome families and individuals of all backgrounds to join us for a week of play, discussion and connection.

About Us

HeartRoot Farm is a center for transforming consciousness. We are located on 240 acres at the tip of the Appalachian and White Mountain ranges, in the Eastern Townships of Quebec. We have been offering a variety of courses and workshops for over two decades. 

Dawn Bramadat and Kyra Shaughnessy are a mother and daughter duo who run the center and live on the land. Kyra and her three brothers were raised at HeartRoot Farm outside of any institutional educational framework.

Cost: $500 per person (family prices available on request)

Includes lodging and three organic, vegetarian meals & snacks per day (special dietary needs will be accommodated for).
