Victoria is initiating three new groups for homeschoolers on the West Island:

Would anyone be interested in doing a beginner French group together where we encourage the children to communicate to each other in French through games and songs etc. We the parents, by combining our French skills, would guide the group as we have found that having a teacher can be costly for everyone and there is not much improvement. The group would be free, however, we would all be responsible for our own costs and children. We would have it at our house in Ile Bizard, however, a parent must be present. My children are 6 and 9, so I would like to try and stick with this age group. 

Would anyone be interested in starting a boys chess club ages 8-11.  We live in Ile Bizard and would like to have it at our house.

Would anyone be interested in starting a girls craft group, where we do arts and crafts (such as knitting, collages, modeling, painting, sewing, etc.) for ages 5-7.  We live in Ile Bizard and would like to have it at our house.
