Hey Everyone,My son is only 2 1/2 but we are seriously considering homeschooling. We are doing are research now to decide how we would want to do it but there are just so many different approaches. Trying to find out own way while making informed decisions. We are looking for other families to talk with about their experiences. If anyone know some good resources to recommend I would be very thankful for the recommendations. Kat

Hi Kat,I'm sorry no one's replied. The forum here is pretty inactive and I don't think people check it often. At least I don't. ;) My oldest child, now 10, was your son's age when I started looking into homeschooling. I started going to activities hosted by our local homeschooling group and it really opened my eyes to all of the different ways to homeschool. It was a great way to see how certain philosophies worked in practice with other families and it certainly changed my own a bit. If you can, come down and check us out at Communidee - see the link in the left column. I'd suggest a Monday or Wednesday morning, as those times are not so busy and it would be easier to talk to other parents.Hope to meet you soon.Jackie
