Lego Club for 10 and Up

One team of up to six children, ages 10 and up, will explore the cutting-edge world of Biomedical Engineering to discover innovative ways to repair injuries, overcome genetic predispositions, and maximize the body's potential, with the intended purpose of leading happier and healthier lives.

Over a 6-week course, participants will create a poster which illustrates their research and team journey. They will also create a Lego Model representing a medical tool or machine which incorporates a simple machine and a moving part.

Each meeting will include a team-building activity, research time and model building.

This is not an official Lego Club and team members will not be able to participate in any official Jr. FIRST LEGO League events that may occur.

A fee of $10 per child is required to cover material costs.

When: six Friday afternoons in a row - Nov 5, 12, 19, 26, Dec 3 and 10.
