What: Presenters will use interactive materials to teach students about nutrition (e.g. cut up fruit).
1-2pm (kids aged 4-7)

- Why the body needs healthy food
- Briefly describe the Canadian Food Guide
- Healthy Food vs. Processed food
- How food interact with each other in the body
2-3pm (kids aged 8-12)
Topics to be Covered:
- Why the body needs healthy food
- Canadian Food Guide
- Healthy Food vs. Processed food
- How food interact with each other in the body
- ‘Regular,’ organic and GMO foods
