What: Learn to make cheese!  We will cook 2 pots and then dish out the curds to each kid to spice and wrap in cheese cloth.

Supplies: Charles & Sonya will bring milk, buttermilk, pots, thermometers, cheese cloth, string & spices.

Requirements: Please bring a sieve and a bowl, as well as a small croc pot (like they use for desserts in restaurants - can be found at most Dollar Stores).  Also bring crackers and other food to eat with your cheese!
