Hybrid exercise/creative activities for all ages, selected to appeal to the play instincts of young people and inspired by nature, animals, reptiles, insects, etc... within a structure of improvised creative dramatic games, storytelling and role playing.
Benefits for participants: health and fitness, enhanced spontaneity and creativity, attentiveness and concentration, individual and group expression, collaboration and cooperation, and emotional release and relaxation.
Parent participation required. Wear loose-fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have. The centre and Glenn can also provide some yoga mats.
When: Fridays in Sept and Oct, from 11am to 12pm
Where: The mini-gym at Centre Communidée
Language: French with translation where required.
Signing up: This activity can have many participants, especially when their parents participate as well. No need to sign up.
