Organized by: homeschooling mom Donna J.Let's make sushi!  All the ingredients and supplies will be provided.  We will mostly be doing vegetarian, but there may be some fish or seafood so let us know about any food allergies.  We will charge $10 per participant to cover the cost of the ingredients plus a rolling mat (to keep), and we expect there will be enough time and ingredients for about 2 rolls each.  If you can bring your own rolling mat, it's $6 per participant.  (These fees are on top of the centre's usership fees of $10 per family per day.)
